Q: What service do you offer?
A: Master Fortuna is a platform offering Chinese Astrology (Bazi) consultations, courses, retreats, and exclusive events to help individuals gain clarity in love, wealth, career, and personal growth. The content and structure of the consultation sessions are arranged according to your needs. They will generally involve a combination of interpretation of your Destiny chart (Bazi chart) and timing work. Please note that I reserve the right to decline your request for a consultation if I feel for any reason that I will not be able to offer a satisfactory service. In such a case, your fees will be fully refunded.

Q: For who is Chinese Astrology (Bazi) and Master Fortuna consultations and courses good for?
A: Anyone who seeks clarity, direction, and empowerment in their personal or professional life. Our services are especially beneficial for individuals navigating relationships, career changes, financial growth, or personal development.

Q: How did you learned Chinese Astrology (Bazi)?
A: I learned Chinese Astrology by taking classes with some of today’s best-known Chinese Astrologers in Indonesia, Hong Kong, India and in Europe.

Q: What techniques do you use?
A: Having mostly trained in Chinese Metaphysics, Chinese Astrology (Bazi). I also use Qi Men Dun Jia an ancient Chinese metaphysical system, often called the "Imperial Study," originally used for military strategy and now applied to forecasting, decision-making, and date selection. It acts as a "cosmic weather map" by analyzing time and space—using heavenly stems, gates, stars, and deities—to help individuals "seek good fortune and avoid misfortune". I also use channeling and spiritual guidance through vision interpretation and higher level communications.

Q: Are You a licenced therapist?

A: No, I’m not a licensed therapist or counsellor. I reserve the right to refund your payment and refer you to a relevant professional if I believe their services are more appropriate for you.

Q: Do you give medical advice?

A: No, I do not give medical advice. I am not trained in medical astrology. I recommend you speak to a health/medical professional for advice or prognosis first and foremost.

Consultations

Q: What happens in a consultation?
A: During a consultation, we analyze your Bazi Destiny birth chart and discuss key aspects of your life, including relationships, wealth, career, business, personal growth, and destiny. Sessions are 100% personalized, confidential, and designed to give you actionable steps to achieve your goals.

Q: Where do consultations take place?
A: Consultations take place via Zoom. You will automatically receive a link to the Zoom session upon completing the booking session. To join the session, click the link at the appointed time.

Q: How long does a consultation last?
A: We offer two types of consultations:

90-minutes Deep-Dive Transformation Session – A full analysis of multiple life areas.
60-minutes Clarity and Breakthrough Session – A focused and powerful session designed to give you clarity and direction.

Q: How do I prepare for my consultation?
A: Please provide your date of birth (Month, Day, Year, Place, and Time) and prepare any specific questions in advance. The more specific your questions, the more detailed and accurate the insights will be.

Q: Can I ask questions about multiple topics in one session?
A: Yes! You can ask about love, relationships, career, business, wealth, and personal growth within a single consultation, as long as time allows.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Yes! We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your session, we will refund your money—no questions asked (well, maybe one, so we can improve).

Q: Can I record my session?
A: Yes! All consultations include a free recording so you can revisit the insights anytime.

Q: Where is my appointment confirmation?
A: When you book a consultation with me, you should automatically receive a confirmation email. This message will include a link to a Zoom meeting. Please check your spam folder if you have not received a response after booking with me. If in doubt about your appointment, please drop me a message using the form on this site or write to contactmasterfortuna@gmail.com and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

Q: Do you offer a guarantee?

A: No. While I’m confident in my Chinese Astrological skills, this is a highly complex and challenging art and it is possible to get predictions wrong. I will not provide a refund in such cases.

Q:What if I wish to cancel/change my appointment?

A: If you cannot make your appointment, please contact me at least 24 hours before the consultation is due to begin in order to reschedule. Failure to notify me of your wish to cancel without 24 hours' notice will be considered a no-show.

Q:How do you deal with appointment no-shows?

A: If you do not join an appointment meeting within 20 minutes of its start time, I consider this a no-show. I do not offer refunds in case of no-shows. I take time to prepare for every consultation. In addition, I have limited slots for consultations available. If you do not show up for an appointment, that means a slot for another client goes unfilled. Please be respectful of my time and livelihood.
